Ingredients: 
2 Eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp All-Purpose Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Milk
1/2 cup pickled Jalapeño Peppers, drained and chopped
1/2 pound Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 pound Monterrey Jack Cheese, shredded
Directions:
- Combine Eggs, Salt, Flour, in medium bowl and combine.
- Add the Milk to the Eggs.
- In a large bowl combine Cheeses and Jalapeños.
- Cover the Cheese with the Egg Mixture and mix well.
- Pour into flat well-greased 8 x 12 inch Brownie Pan.
- Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.
- Remove, and let cool.
- Cut into squares and serve.
NOTES: This reminds me of my home church St. Simon’s. My old youth leader Debbie used to make this, and it was wonderful.
