Three Bean Salad

2/3 cup Cider Vinegar
3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Salt
2 cups Green Beans, cut
2 cups Wax Beans, cut
2 cups Kidney Beans, rinsed
1 med Yellow Onion, thinly sliced
1 med Bell Pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1/3 cup Olive Oil


  • In a small Saucepan, blend Vinegar, Salt, and Sugar until the Sugar is dissolved.
  • In a large bowl, drain all beans and toss with Onion, Bell Peppers, Sugar-Vinegar Mixture, and Black Pepper.
  • Coat evenly with Olive Oil and mix.
